Dean has over 30 years of experience in the construction business. After serving 4 years in the U.S. Army, Dean co-owned RDM with his brothers. He started his own drywall & plaster company, Grant Drywall & Plastering, Inc. in 1989 which is still in business today. In 2016, Dean had a vision for a family company again & that's where we are today.

Ashley Bullard
Office Manager

Ashley has a B.A. in Secondary Education. After graduating from college in 2010, she began working as a team member for Chick-fil-a while quickly moving to management. In 2013, she began her journey into an office setting. After passing the state exam for a VA Property & Casualty Insurance license, she began a position as a sales & service agent at GEICO. In 2016, Ashley joined the M.O.H.W. Contracting, Inc. team.
